Friendly Frankenstein coloring page: the blank line art next to a colored version

The classic Halloween set: Happy Halloween and Trick or Treat lettering, haunted houses with friendly ghosts, a candy corn castle and a cast of monsters that are more silly than scary, from a waving Frankenstein to a little grim reaper. The icon pages have big separate pictures for toddlers, and the haunted houses have plenty of windows and shingles for older kids. Every page prints on US Letter and on A4.

Questions

Which paper size should I print on?
US Letter if you are in the US or Canada, A4 almost everywhere else. Each size has its own file, so neither one is a stretched copy of the other.
Can I print these for my class?
Yes. Printing for your class, family or group is free. Please do not sell the pages or upload the files to another site.
Are any of these pages scary?
Most are not. The Spooky Tree has an angry face and the haunted houses have gravestones, so those are better for older kids. The monsters are all smiling.
