Penguins on the Ice 6 pages
A penguin holds a big fish, sleeps on an ice floe under the moon and stands by an igloo. Light blue for ice, white for snow and black, white and orange for the bird is all a young child needs. The last two pages are realistic penguins with icebergs and a polar bear behind.

Penguins Playing in the Snow 4 pages
Winter fun for penguins: sledding down a hill in a flying scarf, ice fishing beside a bucket of fish and rolling a giant snowball with a polar bear cub. The knit hat with a pompom is a nice place to try stripes. These scenes pair well with a winter or snow day lesson.

Questions
- Which paper size should I print on?
- US Letter if you are in the US or Canada, A4 almost everywhere else. Each size has its own file, so neither one is a stretched copy of the other.
- Can I print these for my class?
- Yes. Printing for your class, family or group is free. Please do not sell the pages or upload the files to another site.
- Do polar bears and penguins really live together?
- No. Penguins live in the Southern Hemisphere and polar bears live in the Arctic. Two pages put them together just for fun, which makes a good question to ask kids while they color.
